Initial Evaluation

Service Description

An initial evaluation with your primary care provider is the first visit that you will ever have with your primary care provider. It is a more in depth process to get to know you as a client as well as to understand your overall health. It will consist of a review of your medical history, gather baseline vital signs (such as blood pressure and heart rate), a complete head-to-toe physical examination, gather current medications and vaccinations, and provide you with general guidance in your health care journey.
